Single cell RNA-seq of myeloid immune cells in melanoma-draining lymph nodes

Tumor-draining lymph nodes are crucial for tumor immunity and immunotherapy outcomes. In this study, myeloid immune landscapes were profiled in lymph nodes draining either immunotherapy-sensitive or immunotherapy-resistant melanoma in mice. Overall design: Myeloid immune cells expressing CD11b and/or CD11c were isolated from tumor-draining inguinal and axillary lymph nodes collected from mice bearing YUMM1.7 and YUMMER1.7 melanoma. Tumor-free animals served as naive control. Lymph nodes from multiple mice were pooled for each of the samples. Cells were subsequently subjected to single cell RNA-sequencing.
