24 Yili mares of similar age, weight, foal number and body condition were selected for the study. Rectal sampling method was used to collect at 0d, 30d and 60d. Fecal samples were sequenced based on the Illumina Nova platform for genomic DNA extraction and PCR amplification, mixing of PCR products and purification of PCR products, library construction and on-board sequencing. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of supplemental feeding of different doses of Bamboo Leaf Extract in Fecal Microflflora of Yili horses, and to provide theoretical basis for the scientific addition and rational application of BLE in Yili horses' diets.
