This dataset contains the original, uncropped Western blot image files (TIFF format) corresponding to key total and phosphorylated proteins analyzed in this study. The images are derived from experimental groups described in the manuscript, including control and treatment conditions. Each image file represents one target protein blot from a single gel/membrane, with matched loading controls (e.g., GAPDH or HSP90).
