To investigate the function of STIM1 in the larval brain development, we established strains in which the target gene has been knocked out (Pathak et al., 2017) We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-Seq of brain lysates of 2 different genotypes CS and STIMKO at 58-62 hrs and 72-76hrs of larval development respectively with 4 biological replicates Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for CS and STIM1 KO Drosophila larval brains
