Benchmarking Results Supporting the Paper "Comparative Benchmarking of Utility-Scale Quantum Emulators"

This dataset provides the supporting results for the paper "Comparative Benchmarking of Utility-Scale Quantum Emulators." Evaluating quantum algorithms at utility scale - circuits involving more than 100 qubits - is a key step toward advancing real-world quantum applications. In this study, we benchmark seven actively supported quantum emulators that go beyond traditional statevector simulation, including MPS-based, tensor network, factorized ket, and decision diagram approaches. The results, provided in JSON format, include run time and fidelity metrics for 13 benchmark circuits from the MQTBench library, scaled from 4 to 1,024 qubits. The data reflects effectively exact simulations conducted on CPU-based hardware. These files serve as the basis for the figures and analysis presented in the publication.
