资源简介:
Semi-structured data for ankle moment dynamics in human gait is compiled in “AnkleDynamicsExtractedFromRepos.csv.” This data was preprocessed from the following studies:
• Lencioni T, Carpinella I, Rabuffetti M, Marzegan A, Ferrarin M. Human kinematic, kinetic and EMG data during different walking and stair ascending and descending tasks. Sci Data. 2019 Dec 6;6(1):309. doi: 10.1038/s41597-019-0323-z. PMID: 31811148; PMCID: PMC6897988.
• Fukuchi CA, Fukuchi RK, Duarte M. A public dataset of overground and treadmill walking kinematics and kinetics in healthy individuals. PeerJ. 2018 Apr 24;6:e4640. doi: 10.7717/peerj.4640. PMID: 29707431; PMCID: PMC5922232.
After postprocessing the data, ten metadata parameters are indicated per sample:
ID: A compressed identification with the following syntax: I-SXX-Mode-Gender-Speed
I: Initial from dataset F for Fukuchi et al. and L for Lencioni et al.
SXX: Integer to describe specific subjects.
Mode: T for treadmill, O for overground.
Gender: F for female, M for Male.
Speed: five categories of Speed VS, S, C, F, VF. It may contain numbers as the subject might repeat the same trial.
Example: F-S03-T-M-VS2 Sample from Fukuchi, subject number 3 walking on treadmill, male, velocity speed is very slow and finally, second trial.
Age: Age of the subject
Age-Group: four categories are available—“Children,” “YoungAdults,” “Adults,” and “Elderly.”
Gender: F or M are the unique categories.
Height: float number in cm
Mode: Overground and Treadmill.
Speed: Five categories mentioned in the description.
Following columns are the labels of the postprocessing result:
LoopDirection
initERP: Initialization point in terms of gait cycle percentage for early response phase.
initLRP: Initialization point in terms of gait cycle percentage for late response phase.
initDP: Initialization point in terms of gait cycle percentage for descending phase.
initS: Initialization point in terms of gait cycle percentage for swing phase.
initTS: Initialization point in terms of gait cycle percentage for terminal swing phase.
WorkAbs: Absorbed work in J/kg.
WorkNet: Net work in J/kg.
CP: Linear stiffness in control-plantar flexion. Units (Nm/(kg*rad))
ERP: Linear stiffness in early response phase. Units (Nm/(kg*rad))
LRP: Linear stiffness in large response phase. Units (Nm/(kg*rad))
DP: Linear stiffness in early response phase. Units (Nm/(kg*rad))
