资源简介:
The objectives of this investigation are: (a) to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of Fecal microbiota transplantation (FMT) in alleviating sinusoidal portal hypertension (SPH) utilizing a cirrhotic rat model; (b) to elucidate the mechanisms of gut microbiota-derived butyrate in mediating FMT to alleviate SPH; and (c) to explore the molecular mechanisms by which butyrate modulates the HDAC3-Akt-eNOS signaling pathway in the context of SPH. The gut microbiome was analyzed by bacterial 16S rRNA sequencing.
