Replication Data for: Methylmercury bioaccumulation and biomagnification in streams within forested catchments defoliated by spruce budworm

These datasets and code accompany a paper published in Environmental Research titled "Methylmercury bioaccumulation and biomagnification in streams within forested catchments defoliated by spruce budworm". This study examined the bioaccumulation and biomagnification of methylmercury within stream food webs experiencing a range of watershed defoliation, and evaluated the relationships between mercury transfer and various water chemistry and landscape factors. Sampling was completed in August and September of 2019 and 2020. These datasets include water chemistry, landscape attributes, autochthony results, total and methyl mercury concentrations of food web components (and stable nitrogen isotopes), fish morphometric and mercury concentrations, and size-standardized fish total mercury concentrations.
