Leaf RNA-seq of three diploid cotton species (Gossypium anomalum, Gossypium sturtianum, Gossypium rotundifolium)

This project contains RNA-seq data generated from leaf tissues of three diploid cotton species: Gossypium anomalum, Gossypium sturtianum, and Gossypium rotundifolium. The transcriptome data were produced to analyze gene expression patterns and support comparative genomic and evolutionary studies of LTP gene families across diploid cotton species.
