RNA-Seq Analysis of rBMSCs Under Inflammatory Conditions

This project involves RNA-Seq analysis of rat bone marrow stem cells (rBMSCs) stimulated with a bone-inducing agent and LPS-stimulated macrophage supernatant for 24 hours, simulating inflammation in osteogenesis. The study aims to explore the molecular responses of rBMSCs under inflammatory conditions, with one group serving as a control without treatment and another group treated with HIPPE-QU-750 material. The insights gained from this research could contribute to understanding the effects of inflammatory environments on bone regeneration and healing processes.
