Prognosis in lung cancer is strongly influenced by systemic biological alterations. Although individual biomarkers related to coagulation, inflammation, and nutritional status have been investigated, their integrated prognostic value has not been fully elucidated. This study aimed to evaluate the prognostic significance of a novel composite index—the DANH score (D-dimer, Albumin, Neutrophil-to-Lymphocyte Ratio [NLR], and Hemoglobin)—in clinical risk stratification of patients with lung cancer.
