资源简介:
The economic importance of P. xylostella stems from its particular pest situation. Without effective control mechanisms, coupled with intensive pesticide use, the P. xylostella problem is likely to continue to increase. Tetrachlorantraniliprole (TET) acts on the ryanodine receptor of lepidopteran insects, has a good control effect and significant positive TE on P. xylostella. However, the mechanism of temperature influence on the toxicity of TET to P. xylostella is not yet clear. Therefore, we used the next-generation transcriptome sequencing technology to screen for differentaial genes associated with temperature effects by TET in P. xylostella under different temperatures comparing with chlorfenapyr (CHL, non effect TCI). The sequencing results were verified by qPCR, enzyme specific activity determination and detoxification enzyme inhibitors. This study will enrich the research on the TE of insecticides to insect toxicity and help to play better control efficacy to insects.
