This dataset comprises full-panel two-wave survey data from 447 German employees. We used the Feedback Environment Scale by Steelman et al. (2004) but wrote 'teammates' instead of 'coworkers' to capture the seven facets of the team feedback environment. Moreover, we adapted McAllister's (1995) scale to measure affect-based and cognition-based trust in teammates.
