Mycobacterium avium subsp. hominissuis Genome sequencing and assembly. Mycobacterium avium subsp. hominissuis

Mycobacterium avium subsp. hominissuis(MAH) is one of the most common pathogens responsible for causing pulmonary disease in humans. It is also responsible for causing lymphadenitis in pigs and is noted to be the most genetically diverse subspecies among the Mycobacterium avium subspecies. In this project, we present multiple isolates of MAH from lymph nodes of pig in Gifu , Japan.
