The database contains seven whole-mount ovarian samples, imaged by SPIM microscopy and stained for DDX4. One ovary is included for each of the following ages: 5, 10, 22, 30, 40, 50, and 60 weeks. The data folder contains example datasets for testing and running the ovarian reserve model, oocyte density analysis, and oocyte radial quantification workflows
