资源简介:
RNA-sequencing analysis of control and SMYD3-overexpressed MCF7 cell lines. SMYD3 (also known as KMT3E), a hisone H3 lysine K4 methyltransferase, is highly expressed in several human cancers, including colorectal and breast carcinomas. Results provide insight into the transcriptional regulation of SMYD3 in breast cancer. MCF7 cells were stably infected with lentiviruses encoding either control (pLVX vectror) or SMYD3 cDNA (pLVX-SMYD3) and selected using puromycin. Total RNA was isolated from control- and SMYD3-overexpressed MCF7 stable cells using Trizol reagent. For each of the 2 conditions, 3 biological replicates were included. In total, 6 RNA-sequencin samples were analyzed; 3 controls and 3 SMYD3 overexpressed MCF7 cells.
