Bulk RNA sequencing of FFPE sample from COVID-19 patient. Homo sapiens

We have performed detailed analysis of the site differences of the lung lobes in formalin fixed paraffin embedded (FFPE) samples from same COVID-19 patients who finally died after prolonged lung protective ventilation. The difference of gene expression from each site of lung lobe was performed by bulk RNA sequencing. Also, the RNA-seq data as a negative control from pneumonia patient was used for the comparison.
