Biogeographic barriers and historic climate shape the population structure and demographic history of the freshwater crab (Nanhaipotamon nanriense) in continental-island systems

The aim of this project is to employ RAD-Seq technology to analyze 49 samples from five populations in order to determine the genetic structure and demographic history of Nanhaipotamon nanriense in continental island systems.
