List of animals from the fauna of Ukraine protected according to the Agreement on the Conservation of Cetaceans of the Black Sea, Mediterranean Sea and contiguous Atlantic Area (ACCOBAMS)

The checklist consists of species of Cetaceans (namely 1 Phocoenidae species and 2 Delphinidae species) from the fauna of Ukraine protected according to Agreement on the Conservation of Cetaceans of the Black Sea, Mediterranean Sea and contiguous Atlantic Area (ACCOBAMS). This agreement was ratificated by Ukraine on July 9th 2003 with its subsequent entry into force on January 1st 2004. Therefore, according to the documents accompanying the Agreement, these species should be under relevant protection on the territory of Ukraine.

本清单涵盖了来自乌克兰动物群中的鲸类物种（具体包括1种属于鼠海豚科物种和2种属于海豚科物种），这些物种根据《黑海、地中海及其相邻大西洋区域鲸类保护公约》（ACCOBAMS）的规定受到保护。该公约于2003年7月9日由乌克兰批准，并于2004年1月1日起正式生效。因此，依据公约所附文件，这些物种在乌克兰领土上应受到相应的保护。
