资源简介:
Osteogenesis Imperfecta is characterized by short stature however the cellular mechanisms behind this phenotype are unclear. We isolated tibial and femoral cartilage growth plate chondrocytes from postnatal day 5 wild type and Aga2 (a model of OI) mice and analyzed differential expression patterns using single cell RNA-seq Growth plate chondrocytes from Wild-type and Aga2 mice were isolated from femoral and tibial cartilage tissue at postnatal day 5 and analyzed using scRNAseq.
