Phytochemical and biological activities of South African traditional medicinal plants.

Lessertia frutescens, Protea venus, and Leucadendron xanthoconus NMR: This dataset contains 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopy data for compounds isolated from L. frutescens, P. venus, and L. xanthoconus. The spectra were recorded using a Bruker 400 MHz FT-NMR spectrometer equipped with a 5mm BBO probe at the Cape Peninsula University of Technology Chemistry Department.CPUT Study: This dataset includes the results from biological assays conducted to evaluate the bioactivity of the isolated compounds, contributing to the assessment of their potential biological applications.
