A Qualitative Study of Expert Perspectives: What Roles do Sensorimotor Religious/Spiritual Practices Play within Religion and Spiritual?

The study explored the perceptions of experienced religious/spiritual experts regarding the use of religious/spiritual practices as mental health interventions. The participants were religious/spiritual experts with years of experience in working as religious leaders. The data were collected through in-depth interviews conducted online via Zoom and analysed using thematic analysis.
