SUMOylated Etv1 establishes tumor-initiating cells during mammary oncogenesis [RNA-seq]

RNA-seq was used to compare the effect of SUMOylation inhibition, and Etv1 knockdown on Ube2iF/F cell line transcriptiome. 5xKR or 5xKR-S1 was expressed to examine differential phenotypic transcriptiome changes. To investigate SUMOylation inhibition, we established Ube2iF/F cell line to achieve complete conditional knockout by Adneovirus-Cre. We then performed Adenovirus or siEtv1 comparing to control (EV/siNT) to knockout SUMOylation or knockdown Etv1. Stable expression with either 5xKR or 5xKR-S1 was established before adenovirus-Cre to examine different genetic changes.
