Germination data of tetraploid rice lines under various environmental stresses.

This dataset describes some germination parameters for 11 different tetraploid rice lines and their parental lines. The testing was carried out under chilling stress (13°C), drought (with 16% PEG-6000), salt stress (150mM NaCl) and control condition. The tetraploids were generated by in vitro anther cultures from three different crossing events. Three germination parameters, such as Median Germination Time (MGT), Final Germination Percentage (FGP), Germination Index (GI) were calculated.
