List of Gene Ontology (GO) terms for biological processes that were significantly altered ( P -value < 0.01) in distal gut of Atlantic salmon fed plant protein diets. The analysis was performed using DAVID functional annotation tool, on sets of 140, 80, 33, 71, 254 and 750 differentially expressed genes (both up- and down-regulated) for S45, S34B11, S22B22, S11B34, B45 and SBM dietary treatments, respectively.
