1. Data Collection and Processing: Collect usage data of each function of the DingTalk software by enterprise organizations, and perform anonymization processing.
2. Algorithm Processing: The DingTalk Index is calculated by summing the basic score, organizational online score, organizational collaboration score, organizational efficiency score, business online score, and AI innovation score. Among them, the basic score is calculated based on the number of activated users and the activity level of members' use of DingTalk's basic functions. The remaining scores are derived by summing the scores of specific indicators. The full score of each specific indicator is set as the 80th percentile value of organizations in the same industry and with the same scale; if an organization's specific indicator exceeds the 80th percentile, it will be awarded the full score; otherwise, the score is calculated based on the proportion relative to the 80th percentile value. The distribution of specific indicators and the full score of each indicator are dynamically adjusted by DingTalk based on the digitalization level of global enterprise organizations. The measurement indicators of the organizational online score include data reflecting member activity, such as the number of active users and the number of check-in users; the measurement indicators of the organizational collaboration score include the usage volume of instant messaging, documents, schedules, and other tools; the measurement indicators of the organizational efficiency score include indicators such as average to-do completion time and log read rate; the measurement indicators of the business online score include indicators reflecting the level of business online management, such as DingTalk connection flows, low-code applications, and the usage volume of upstream and downstream organizations; the measurement indicator of the AI innovation score is the usage volume of AI tools on DingTalk by organization members. Higher scores indicate a higher level of organizational and business digitalization. Organizations with scores ranging from 0 to 299 are classified as novice organizations; those with scores from 300 to 599 are trial organizations; and those with scores from 600 to 1000 are deep-use organizations.
