Granophyre

# SHCMS:G.20538.001 **Granophyre** A small sample of a granitic rock called Granophyre, from the Ercall quarry, Shropshire. This specimen has been cut to produce microscope thin sections. Age: approx 560 million years. Length 6.8cm Width 6.1cm Depth 5.2cm. Imaged using a canon 5DS R and Stackshot 3x with turntable to provide 70 images which were then processed using agisoft photoscan at high levels.
