An enrichment protocol and analysis pipeline for long read sequencing of the hepatitis B virus transcriptome

This study employed PacBio long read sequencing coupled with an oligonucleotide enrichment protocol to characterise the hepatitis B virus transcriptome. This method achieved sequencing libraries where up to 25% of sequences were of viral origin and enabled the assignment of canonical, spliced and chimeric RNAs.
