开展了天然资源松脂的多元化高附加值利用研发,包括松节油基生物活性衍生物的制备、筛选与活性机理研究,建立了驱避剂8-羟基别二氢葛缕醇甲酸酯、羟基香茅醛1, 2-丙二醇缩醛的中试化生产线,研制了新型空间驱避剂、驱蚊湿纸巾、驱蚊喷雾剂、驱蚊乳剂 合成了松香基表面活性剂,以松香基表面活性剂为结构引导剂,探索和研究了功能性多孔材料的合成,获得了对有序超微孔材料介观孔结构及介孔材料宏观形貌的新发现,归纳了合成规律,获得了材料结构形成机理新认识。 项目完成验收成果1项,在国内外发表论文43篇(9篇SCI),学术交流论文21篇 申请发明专利15项,授权3项 建立中试化生产线1条,研制新型制剂4种。研究新成果已被6篇SCI 论文引用或应用,中文期刊引用110次。 1.松节油基生物活性衍生物的制备与筛选 以天然资源松节油为原料,有针对性地制备了多个系列的醇类、醚类、酯类、羟酯类、酮酯类、酰胺类等萜类驱避化合物,同时得到了它们的结构分析数据,以蚊虫、臭虫、蟑螂、蚂蚁等为试虫,进行了驱避活性测定,获得了上述萜类驱避化合物的驱避活性数据。 2.化合物活性作用机制研究 采用计算化学手段,选择二氧化碳、氨、1-辛烯-3-醇、L-乳酸和小分子羧酸等9 种人体主要嗅觉引诱物,构建了松节油基萜类驱避化合物与这些引诱物的缔合体,分析和评价了缔合作用对驱避活性的影响,尤其是针对缔合体在结构上对驱避活性产生影响方面进行了深入的研究,从而丰富了驱避剂与引诱物相互作用所形成的缔合体的结构特征认识和缔合作用对驱避活性影响的认识。 3.高活性驱避剂的中试化生产与制剂开发 建立了8-羟基别二氢葛缕醇甲酸酯与羟基香茅醛1, 2-丙二醇缩醛的中试生产线1条,并进行了中试化生产 开发了新型空间驱避剂、新型驱蚊湿纸巾、新型驱蚊喷雾剂、新型驱蚊乳剂。 4.有序超微孔材料介观孔结构新发现 以大基团非直链的松香基季铵盐为结构引导剂合成功能性有序超微孔材料,利用其特有的三环菲刚性骨架结构成功合成出3 个系列(硅基、锆基和钛基)多种结构的新型有序超微孔材料(六方有序二氧化硅、铝掺杂六方有序二氧化硅、六方有序硫酸锆/松香基季铵盐复合物、层状有序二氧化钛及六方有序硫酸钛/松香基季铵盐复合物等),丰富了有序超微孔材料的种类,拓展了有序超微孔材料的合成路线。
Research and development on diversified high-value utilization of natural pine resin was conducted, including preparation, screening and activity mechanism research of turpentine oil-based bioactive derivatives. A pilot production line for the repellents 8-hydroxyallo-dihydrocarveol formate and hydroxycitronellal 1,2-propanediol acetal was established. Novel spatial repellents, mosquito-repellent wet wipes, mosquito-repellent sprays and mosquito-repellent emulsions were developed. Rosin-based surfactants were synthesized, and using rosin-based surfactants as structure-directing agents, the synthesis of functional porous materials was explored and studied. New discoveries regarding the mesoporous structure of ordered ultramicroporous materials and the macroscopic morphology of mesoporous materials were obtained. Synthesis rules were summarized, and new insights into the formation mechanism of material structures were gained.
The project passed acceptance with 1 completed achievement. A total of 43 papers were published domestically and internationally (including 9 SCI-indexed papers), and 21 papers were presented at academic exchanges. 15 invention patent applications were filed, with 3 authorized. One pilot production line was established, and 4 novel formulations were developed. The research results have been cited or applied in 6 SCI papers, and cited 110 times in Chinese journals.
1. Preparation and Screening of Turpentine Oil-based Bioactive Derivatives
Using natural turpentine oil as raw material, multiple series of terpenoid repellent compounds including alcohols, ethers, esters, hydroxy esters, ketone esters and amides were specifically prepared, and their structural analysis data were obtained. Using mosquitoes, bed bugs, cockroaches, ants and other insects as test subjects, repellent activity assays were conducted, and the repellent activity data of the aforementioned terpenoid repellent compounds were obtained.
2. Research on the Activity Mechanism of Compounds
Computational chemistry methods were adopted. Nine major human olfactory attractants including carbon dioxide, ammonia, 1-octen-3-ol, L-lactic acid and small molecule carboxylic acids were selected to construct the association complexes of turpentine oil-based terpenoid repellent compounds with these attractants. The effect of the association on repellent activity was analyzed and evaluated, with in-depth research conducted specifically on how the structure of the association complexes impacts repellent activity, thereby enriching the understanding of the structural characteristics of the association complexes formed by the interaction between repellents and attractants and the influence of association on repellent activity.
3. Pilot Production of High-activity Repellents and Formulation Development
A pilot production line for 8-hydroxyallo-dihydrocarveol formate and hydroxycitronellal 1,2-propanediol acetal was established, and pilot production was carried out. Four novel products were developed: new spatial repellent, new mosquito-repellent wet wipes, new mosquito-repellent sprays and new mosquito-repellent emulsions.
4. New Discovery on the Mesoporous Structure of Ordered Ultramicroporous Materials
Using large-group non-linear rosin-based quaternary ammonium salts as structure-directing agents, functional ordered ultramicroporous materials were synthesized. Leveraging their unique tricyclic phenanthrene rigid skeleton structure, three series (silicon-based, zirconium-based and titanium-based) of novel ordered ultramicroporous materials with various structures were successfully synthesized, including hexagonal ordered silica, aluminum-doped hexagonal ordered silica, hexagonal ordered zirconium sulfate/rosin-based quaternary ammonium salt complexes, layered ordered titanium dioxide and hexagonal ordered titanium sulfate/rosin-based quaternary ammonium salt complexes, etc. This work enriches the variety of ordered ultramicroporous materials and expands their synthetic routes.
