Follow up of gut microbitoa targeted interventioon. A Follow-up of dietary interention to modulate gut microbiota to alleviate human type 2 diabetes

T2D patients were randomly divided into two groups receiving WTP diet or usual care for 3 month. The gut microbiota changed and the host clinical parameters were improved. A one-year follow-up was conducted for both groups to further explore the relationships between gut microbiota, diet and host phenotype.
