The intercellular water concentration for three cell units at different fractions. As results show, in the initial step of simulation because of the concentration gradient the intracellular water diffuses to intercellular space and after a short time reaches an equilibrium state in periodic boundary conditions, and with the reduction of intracellular water the intercellular water saturation increases and with passing time the concentration reduce.
在三个细胞单元的不同浓度分数下,考察了细胞间水分的浓度。研究结果揭示,在模拟的初始阶段,由于浓度梯度的作用,细胞内水分向细胞间隙扩散,并在短时间内达到周期性边界条件下的平衡状态。随着细胞内水分的减少,细胞间水分的饱和度增加,随着时间的推移,浓度逐渐降低。
