Mechanism Study of Ganoderma Triterpenoid Extracts Inhibiting Colon Cancer Stemness and Migration Capacity

We used RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq) to analyze gene expression in CRC cells treated with GTEA1 and GTEA7. We then validated these findings at the protein level using Western blotting and immunofluorescence. Finally, we performed migration and invasion assays for further validation.
