SAR community of vernal pools samples Raw sequence reads

This raw read has been generated from samples collected at vernal pools Smith College MacLeish Field Station property (Whately, MA, USA). The DNA was isolated and amplified using primer specific to the SAR (Stramenopila, Aveolata, and Rhizaria) clade. The data are published in Sisson et al (2018)
