In order to further explore the miRNAs expression in WT and Cbl-b-/- CD4+ T cells, we used anti-CD3 to activate CD4+ T cells, and then used microarray to detect the expression of miRNAs in unactivated and activated T cells from WT and Cbl-b-/- mice. The results showed that there were different expression of miRNAs in WT and Cbl-b-/- CD4+ T cells when activated or not.
