资源简介:
Background: This study involved the development of an assay for detecting SARS-CoV-2.
Materials/Methods: The study investigated SNAP1 (SARS‐CoV‐2 spike protein N‐terminal domain‐binding aptamer 1) as a molecular tool for SARS‐CoV‐2 diagnostics. The study applied SNAP1 in lateral flow assays (LFAs) and ELISAs to detect UV‐inactivated SARS‐CoV‐2 at low concentrations.
Outcome/Impact: Data generated from the study included signals for given viruses or S protein concentrations, as well as binding constants for molecular recognition agents.
