Altered serum IDO and serotonin levels as predictive biomarkers in dengue: evidence from a Taiwan cohort

The dataset includes serum expression levels of indoleamine 2,3-dioxygenase (IDO) and serotonin from both healthy individuals and dengue patients. In addition, serum levels of IDO, serotonin, interleukin-6 (IL-6), and interleukin-10 (IL-10) in patients clinically classified as dengue without warning signs (DwoWS), dengue with warning signs (DwWS), and severe dengue (SD). All analyses presented in the main text and supplementary materials of this paper are based on this dataset.
