资源简介：
We use A-share listed companies on the Shanghai and Shenzhen Stock Exchanges from 2009 to 2021 as our research sample. The staggered launch of public data platforms by prefecture-level city governments provides a quasi-natural experimental setting for our analysis. Our primary data source is the China Stock Market & Accounting Research (CSMAR) database. To ascertain the precise launch dates of these government public data platforms, we reference Fudan University’s “China Local Open government public data Report,” supplementing and verifying this information through manual website queries.
