Within the World Quantum Theory (WQT) framework, this paper directly defines the generalized universal gravitation formula as F = G_x•m_0•m / r², where r is the shadow radius, G_x = x•G_0 is the effective gravitational constant in the frequency world, G_0 = l_p•c²/(2π•m_p) is the intrinsic gravitational constant, and m_0 and m are mass readings. This formula is derived directly from the three postulates of WQT without introducing any empirical parameters. This paper explicitly states that mass readings are stable (the frequency-world mass reading M_x equals the ontological-layer rest mass m_0): the environmental coupling factor x modulates gravitational strength only through G_x, without altering mass itself. This paper explains the relationship between the generalized formula and the classical universal gravitation formula — the classical formula F = GMm/R² is a special case of the generalized formula in the macroscopic limit, where R is mistakenly treated as geometric distance but is actually the shadow head length h = r - r_p.
