'Fengzao' (MT) is the bud sport of 'Kyoho' (WT). It matures earlier nearly 30d than 'Kyoho'. In this study, the transcriptional profiles of these two grape cultivars were investigated in berry skin and flesh from fruit set to full ripening by RNA-seq analysis, separately, to understand the dynamics and differential expression of genes expressed during fruit development and ripening.
