To investigate bacteria-host interactions in vivo in a murine model. Mice were orally gavaged with bacteria at day 7 and 10 of life. The colonic transcriptome was analyzed at day 14 of life. Overall design: Compare gene expression profile of RNA-seq data of different groups versus B. infantis gavaged group.
