Alignment used for the phylogenies of "The earliest diverging extant scleractinian corals recovered by mitochondrial genomes"

Alignment of scleractinian corals based on mitochondrial genomes and including species of the family Micrabaciidae. This alignment was used for running Maximum Likelihood and Bayesian Inference phylogenies. "tree02_alignment.phy" refers to the actual alignment while "tree02_alignment.partitions.txt" indicates where each gene partition begins/ends.
