R data file

Contains: 1) detailed information about the meta-CGPs included in our analyses performed within; 2) gene-by-compendium matrices of PFP values (can be interpreted as FDR) outputted by OMiCC (one matrix for UP genes; another for DOWN genes)—starting with this data matrix the user can elect to use any PFP cutoff to define DE genes (note that we have one compendium per disease per species, and other downstream analyses, includinga pan-disease compendium per species); and 3) gene-set enrichmentover-representation analysis, have been packaged into a R dataset file (File S1), and can be used in combination with the results generated in R Markdown.
