This series contains minutes of the monthly meetings held by the Finance Committee of the Hay Municipal Council held in the Council Chambers. Matters discussed at the meeting include: Sewer Fund Finances; Reconciliation of Bank Pass-Books with Cash Books; Accounts recommended for payment; lists of amounts for abandonment submitted for approval by Council; approval sought for payments made; Coffer Dam Capital Indebtedness; Clerk instructed to take court proceedings for outstanding rates and charges due to the Council; Water rates to be levied on the occupiers; insurance under Workman's Compensation Act 1916; Permanent Improvements Loan Fund. There was also consideration given to the Report of the Examiner in regards to arrears of rates, correspondence received and the replies to be sent.
