Experimental treatment of gonarthrosis using infrared laser

Study of single cell transcriptomics of synovial fluid of patients with gonarthrosis before and after exposure to infrared laser. Overall design: In a patient with secondary post-traumatic arthrosis of the 2nd degree and a patient with local injuries of the knee joint, synovial fluid was collected, cells were isolated and frozen. Then the first patient underwent irradiation with an infrared laser (10 sessions), his pain syndrome was assessed and the synovial fluid was re-sampled, cells were isolated and frozen from it.
