MRBAYES ANALYSIS FILE USED FOR http://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/pii/S1055790314001997 I did not upload the phylogeny resulting from the reanalyses because I believe there arefundamental flaws in the analysis methods used below and I do not want to mislead researchersas to relationships within the group. This analysis was ONLY an attempt to replicate theanalyses of Yang et al following the methodology used in their paper, NOT an attempt toproduce an accurate melanogaster group phylogeny.
