Hip-Knee Exercises for AKP after ACLR kinematic dataset

This dataset contains the in vivo non-invasive patellofemoral kinematic tracking data from a prospective randomized controlled trial. The study investigates the effectiveness of incorporating hip-strengthening exercises with standard knee rehabilitation for patients experiencing anterior knee pain (AKP) following anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR).The data was collected to objectively evaluate the biomechanical mechanisms underlying clinical improvements, moving beyond subjective self-assessment. It compares an intervention group receiving combined hip-knee strengthening (H-K group) against a control group receiving standard knee rehabilitation alone.
