We generated beta cell specific knockout mice of Drp1, by crossing the Ins1-Cre knock-in mice to the Drp1 flox/flox mice. We performed mRNA-seq of islets isolated from these mice at 8 weeks of age. Islets were rested overnight in RPMI + 10% FBS.
