RNAseq was performed on wild type, CEBPD knock out and CEBPD transactivation domain deleted RAW264.7 macrophages. Overall design: RAW cells (CEBPD-WT) were treated with CRISPR guides to delete the transactivation domain of CEBPD (CEBPD-TAD) or to delete CEBPD completely (CEBPD-KO). Three independent clones were subsequently seleceted for RNAseq analysis.
