Gene expression profiles in S2-007, S2-020 and S2-028 pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma cell lines

To investigate the subcellular localization of maspin in pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) and its functional relevance, gene expression profiles were analyzed in S2-007 (expressing nuclear and cytoplasic maspin), S2-028 (expressing cytoplasmic-only maspin), and S2-020 (expressing weakly maspin) cells. The data provides insight into the differential function of maspin in PDAC depending on its subcellular localization. Overall design: Total RNA from these cells were recovered using Rneasy MINI Kit. To purify the strand-specific mRNA library, the mRNA was reverse transcribed into cDNA using random primers, and then the synthesized double-strand cDNA was fragmented, and the cDNA was subsequently ligated adapters. Transcriptome sequencing in strand-specific mRNA-seq library was performed using illumine NovaSeq 6000 Sequencing System.
