single cell RNA sequencing for the paired TNF-free and -treated intestinal organoids

Organoids grown from intestinal crypts of controls and patients with Crohn's disease were sub-cultured at least 6 passages. Single cell RNA sequencing was performed for the paired TNF-free and -treated control and Crohn's organoids. Examination of RNA sample of human intestinal organoids (TNF-free intestinal organoids: n=1 each for control and Crohn’s organoids; TNF(30ng/mL)-treated intestinal organoids: n=1 each for control and Crohn’s organoids) ***Please note that the data was derived from material obtained from patients in Samsung Medical Center and raw data are not provided due to patient privacy concerns.
